Size - Labeled Size 38 but the waist is only 36"

I couldn't help but spin around when I put it on

It's wrapped around 3 times in the photos

Chest - 20" pit to pit (but note that the armholes fall very low so it would probably fit a larger chest)

Waist - approx 23" across
